Wallfahrtskirche Maria Namen

The church in Mönichkirchen was first mentioned in a document in 869. The current Gothic building dates largely from the 14th century. The baroque altars were acquired in 1708. During the modern extension of the church in 1973, the character was changed only slightly due to the careful approach. Today, many groups such as the senior citizens' group, the church choir and the 14 active altar servers are active in the church. Various pilgrimages and guided tours take place in the Maria Namen church.
