New 100-meter conveyor belt for lugers & bobsledders
From winter 2026/27, there will be even more space for tobogganing and bobsledding in the Wexl Arena in St. Corona am Wechsel. With an additional large toboggan meadow and a new conveyor belt about 100 meters long, the tobogganing offer for families will be significantly expanded.

Up onto the conveyor belt, down with the sled – and again!
Just in time for the winter season 2026/27, we are expanding our offer for all young and old sledding fans. In addition to our existing sledding meadow at the Wexl Base, there will be a second, larger sledding meadow a bit further up in the family ski area
The highlight: A new, approximately 100-meter-long conveyor belt conveniently brings you and your sled back up. This way, you'll have more energy for the most important thing: as many rounds in the snow as possible!
This offers the Wexl Arena in St. Corona am Wechsel in Lower Austria even more opportunities for a winter day together with the whole family - even without skiing.

Which ticket do I need for tobogganing?
For all those who mainly come for sledding and bobsledding, there is a special sledding ticket. With this, you can use the designated sledding areas and conveyor belts.
Safety when sledding: Don't forget your helmet!
Sledding can also get quite fast. That's why there is a helmet requirementon our sledding areas. Please bring a suitable winter sports helmet for all sledders.
