Am I allowed to stand next to my child on the slope?
Parents are invited to join their children up to 5 years old for ski lessons on the slopes - if you are on foot and just watching, you do not need to buy a ticket. However, we kindly ask you to keep a distance of about 10m from ski lifts and ski slopes.
For older children, we recommend parents to leave the kids to the course - in our Wexl Lounge, you have a good view of the ski school area from the window seats - so just take a cappuccino break and watch the kids from inside.
Which lift ticket do we need?
When you book a ski course with us online, the appropriate lift tickets are offered at the same time. When booking a private lesson, it depends on your child's skill level. If it is a beginner aged 3-5 years old, a ticket for the Winter Adventure Land is sufficient. Older children are welcome to book a Magic Carpet Land ticket, which also includes access to the covered 90m conveyor belt tube. Advanced children should definitely book the Ski Land ticket with all lift facilities.
Snowboarding for kids - from what age?
In our ski school, even the youngest kids from 3 years old can already make their first experiences on a snowboard, there is no separate minimum age limit here.
When should I be at the ski resort?
If you have reserved rental equipment, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start of the course - this should provide enough time to try on a few shoes in peace.
If you bring your own equipment, please be at the ski school 10-15 minutes before the lesson starts (walking distance from the parking lot 1-5 minutes).
